i always know that i have problems concentrating but recently it got worse..i can do my work for long...

when im doing my work for 10 minutes i will stop find tibits,watch tv,online,check hp...arh~ that makes my 1 hour work into 4 hours work...

think im stick to the tv already cant live without the tv...
